KIMS reported Q1 FY27 results. Consolidated revenue rose 35% YoY to Rs 1,180 cr, but PAT fell 56% to Rs 37 cr due to higher finance and depreciation costs. Standalone revenue grew 30% to Rs 484 cr, PAT up 13% to Rs 67 cr. Company raised Rs 1,500 cr via QIP at Rs 755 per share and plans Rs 600 cr warrants to promoters. Board approved Rs 650 cr loan limit to subsidiaries and Rs 25 cr loan to material subsidiary KIMS Hospital Enterprises. S.R. Batliboi gave unmodified review opinion.
Strong revenue growth but consolidated PAT under pressure from higher costs. QIP and warrant issues may dilute existing shareholders over time.
