KIMS posted Q3 FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs 997.7 Cr, up 29% YoY from Rs 772.4 Cr. Nine-month FY26 revenue grew 26% to Rs 2,830 Cr. However, Q3 PAT fell to Rs 51.9 Cr (from Rs 92.5 Cr) and 9M PAT dropped to Rs 208.9 Cr (from Rs 308.7 Cr), hit by higher depreciation and finance costs. Board approved further investment up to Rs 100 Cr in material subsidiary Sarvejana Healthcare (Sunshine Hospital) to lift stake beyond the current 75.53%. Auditor S.R. Batliboi issued an unmodified review report.
Strong revenue growth offset by margin pressure from higher depreciation and finance costs. Continued subsidiary consolidation.
