KIMS reported Q3 FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs 997.7 Cr, up 29% YoY from Rs 772.4 Cr. Nine-month revenue rose 26% to Rs 2,830 Cr. However, Q3 PAT fell to Rs 51.9 Cr from Rs 92.5 Cr, and 9M PAT declined to Rs 208.9 Cr from Rs 308.7 Cr. Board approved raising acquisition limit by Rs 100 Cr for further stake increase in material subsidiary Sarvejana Healthcare (Sunshine Hospital), where KIMS currently holds 75.53%. Auditor issued unmodified review report.
Strong revenue growth on acquisitions but margins compressed by higher finance and depreciation costs; further stake buy planned in subsidiary.
