On the reaction day the stock moved 0.8 pts less than Nifty Smallcap 250 and 0.2 pts less than its Hospital peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
On 29 October 2025, KIMS said its subsidiary Arunodaya Hospitals Private Limited issued equity shares to new shareholders on a preferential basis, increasing its paid-up capital. This diluted KIMS ownership from 70.67% to 64.36%, a fall of 6.30 percentage points. Arunodaya remains a KIMS subsidiary.
KIMS retains control of Arunodaya, but its share of the subsidiary's future profits has reduced, which may weigh slightly on earnings attribution.
