KIMS Board approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 FY25 and full year ended March 31, 2025, with an unmodified (clean) opinion from statutory auditors S.R. Batliboi & Associates LLP. Standalone revenue from operations grew to Rs 1,384.1 crore in FY25 from Rs 1,134.1 crore in FY24, up about 22%, while standalone profit after tax rose to Rs 302.9 crore from Rs 235.3 crore, a growth of nearly 29%. Consolidated revenue grew to Rs 3,035.1 crore (up ~21.5%) and consolidated PAT rose to Rs 414.8 crore from Rs 335.9 crore. The company also completed the acquisition of Chalasani Hospitals (Queen's NRI Hospital) for Rs 111.2 crore and entered into new hospital operations and management agreements. Additionally, the Board appointed new Secretarial and Cost Auditors, re-appointed an Independent Director, and fixed the AGM for August 29, 2025.
Strong topline and bottomline growth, a clean audit opinion, and continued expansion through acquisitions and O&M agreements are positive signals for shareholders. Higher borrowings to fund the Queen's NRI acquisition and capex may warrant a watch on debt levels going forward.
