Kriti Industries posted Q1 FY26-27 results for the quarter ended 30 June 2026. Standalone revenue from operations fell to Rs. 173.11 crore from Rs. 224.06 crore YoY, a 22.7% decline. The company swung to a net loss of Rs. 2.28 crore versus a profit of Rs. 7.20 crore YoY. Consolidated net loss stood at Rs. 2.21 crore against a profit of Rs. 7.26 crore. EPS was negative Rs. 0.43 compared with Rs. 1.40 YoY. Auditor M Mehta and Co issued an unmodified limited review opinion.
Sharp revenue decline and swing to loss are negatives, though sequential recovery from Q4 FY25-26 offers some offset.
