June 2026 unaudited revenue was Rs 16,186.27 lakh, down 21.8 percent year on year but up 10.3 percent from March. Profit after tax rose 16.3 percent to Rs 159.98 lakh from Rs 137.61 lakh; earnings per share was Rs 0.06 versus Rs 0.05. The auditor review found no material misstatement. The statement also shows Rs 187.55 lakh of exceptional items for the year ended March 2026, with none in the June quarter.
Lower sales may pressure sentiment, but higher profit and a clean auditor review offer support. The revenue decline remains the main concern.
