On the reaction day the stock moved 0.9 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
NSE and BSE imposed fines for delayed compliance with the SEBI rule requiring a Risk Management Committee. KRN was due to form it by April 1, 2025, but did so on May 12, a delay of 41 days. Each exchange levied Rs 82,000 plus Rs 14,760 GST, totaling Rs 96,760. The waiver request was rejected. KRN attributed the delay to a compliance officer vacancy, paid both payments on November 6, 2025, and promised stronger controls.
Shareholders face a one-time cash outflow of Rs 1,93,520. No trading ban is reported; the lapse may invite regulatory scrutiny.
