Kronox Lab Sciences reported FY25 revenue of Rs. 100.19 crore, up about 11.5% from Rs. 89.86 crore in FY24. Profit after tax grew to Rs. 25.47 crore from Rs. 21.35 crore, a rise of roughly 19%, with EPS at Rs. 6.91 versus Rs. 5.81. For the March 2025 quarter alone, PAT stood at Rs. 6.32 crore versus Rs. 5.88 crore in the year-ago quarter. The Board has recommended a modest 5% final dividend of Rs. 0.50 per share (on a face value of Rs. 10), subject to shareholder approval. The statutory auditor issued a clean (unmodified) opinion, and the company's balance sheet remains debt-free with total equity of about Rs. 90 crore. The company operates in a single segment — manufacturing of high-purity specialty fine chemicals — and was listed on NSE/BSE in June 2024.
Results show steady double-digit revenue growth and healthy margins with no debt on the books, which is positive for long-term investors. However, the 5% dividend is quite small and unlikely to be a major catalyst for the stock; the larger story is the post-IPO earnings trajectory.
