Kross Limited's board approved its audited standalone financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025. Revenue from operations for FY25 stood at Rs. 6,204.10 lakhs, almost flat compared to Rs. 6,202.50 lakhs in FY24. Profit after tax for FY25 rose about 7% to Rs. 480.27 lakhs from Rs. 448.81 lakhs, with Q4 FY25 PAT at Rs. 193.62 lakhs (up roughly 24% year-on-year). Full-year EPS was Rs. 8.04 per share. The statutory auditor S.K. Naredi & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results. The board also appointed a new Secretarial Auditor (Mr. Sital Prasad Swain) for five years (FY26–FY30), a new Cost Auditor for FY26, and a new Internal Auditor for FY26. The company recently listed on NSE/BSE in September 2024 following its IPO, and about Rs. 744 lakhs of net IPO proceeds remained unutilised as of March 31, 2025.
For shareholders, the results show steady profitability and a clean audit report, though top-line growth was negligible in FY25. The Q4 PAT jump of around 24% signals improving quarterly momentum, which could be mildly positive for sentiment. Auditor appointments are routine governance items with no material impact.
