Krsnaa Diagnostics, along with consortium partner Telecommunications Consultants India Ltd (TCIL), was awarded a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) by the National Health Mission, Rajasthan, to provide laboratory services across the state under the Free Diagnostics Initiative on a HUB and SPOKE Model. The Hon'ble High Court of Rajasthan has now passed an order in favour of the company and its consortium partner, directing the Authority to proceed with executing the agreement as per the original terms. Following this court order, the Government of Rajasthan has issued a fresh LoA, and the consortium will now enter into the formal agreement with the Authority. The company has stated it will keep investors updated on further developments.
