Krsnaa Diagnostics reported Q3 FY26 revenue of Rs 1,812 mn, up 4% YoY but down 12% QoQ on seasonal softness. PAT fell 21% YoY to Rs 152 mn. EBITDA margin compressed to 26% from 27% YoY and 29% QoQ due to front-loaded costs for the Rajasthan pathology PPP rollout. For 9M FY26, revenue grew 9% to Rs 5,802 mn, EBITDA rose 13% to Rs 1,600 mn, and PAT increased 5% to Rs 597 mn. Cash collections of Rs 130 cr in Q3 were over Rs 100 cr higher YoY. B2C segment shows multi-fold growth. Rajasthan rollout expected to drive meaningful revenue from FY27.
Q3 shows seasonal softness and margin pressure, but 9M growth intact. Rajasthan rollout and B2C momentum could support future upside.
