Krsnaa Diagnostics received orders from Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals), Pune for assessment years 2017-18 to 2023-24. Aggregate disputed demand stands at about 62.69 crore rupees. Of the seven appeals, four were dismissed and three were partly allowed. The company says it will file further appeals before the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal and expects substantial relief. The matter has no impact on ongoing operations, and any financial impact will be assessed per accounting standards.
