KRT Q1 FY27: Revenue and NOI up 15% YoY; DPU at record Rs 1.70

Knowledge Realty Trust reported Q1 FY27 results with revenue and NOI growing 15% YoY to Rs 12,431M and Rs 11,117M. Record distribution of Rs 7,516M announced, DPU at Rs 1.70 per unit, up 5% QoQ. Portfolio occupancy rose to 93% with gross leasing of 1.4 msf and re-leasing spreads of 31%. Raised Rs 11,000M debt at 7.2% blended rate. LTV remains low at 18%, market cap Rs 523B.
