Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Board approved Q3FY26 results: consolidated revenue Rs 305.82 Cr, net profit Rs 15.90 Cr versus Rs 15.15 Cr year on year. Nine month revenue Rs 912.34 Cr, net profit Rs 45.50 Cr. Board also approved raising up to Rs 300 Cr through Qualified Institutional Placement of equity shares, subject to shareholder approval via postal ballot. Authorised share capital to be raised from Rs 15 Cr to Rs 19 Cr.
QIP of up to Rs 300 Cr may dilute existing shareholders once approved. Q3 results show steady growth in revenue and profit.
