Krystal Integrated Services Limited announced audited consolidated results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations grew about 18% year-on-year to Rs 12,127.84 million (FY24: Rs 10,268.49 million), while consolidated profit after tax rose about 27% to Rs 625.15 million (FY24: Rs 490.69 million). Standalone revenue grew about 14% to Rs 11,199.35 million and standalone PAT grew about 25% to Rs 602.16 million; basic EPS stood at Rs 44.61 (consolidated) vs Rs 42.30 in FY24. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 1.50 per equity share (15% of face value), subject to shareholder approval. Statutory auditor Maheshwari & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. The company also appointed new Internal Auditors (M/s. J F Jain & Co.) and Secretarial Auditors (M/s. Vaibhav Shah & Co.) for FY26 onwards.
The strong profit growth, healthy dividend declaration, and clean audit opinion are positive signals for shareholders. However, the sharp swing to negative operating cash flow of Rs -324.50 million (vs Rs +22.71 million in FY24), driven mainly by a Rs 1,247.96 million increase in trade receivables and loans, is a red flag worth monitoring as it shows profits are not yet translating into cash.
