Krystal Integrated Services posted Q3 FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs. 3,058.56M, up 10.7% YoY. Nine-month revenue rose 14.1% to Rs. 9,123.37M. Q3 PAT stood at Rs. 158.99M versus Rs. 151.49M last year; 9M PAT was largely flat at Rs. 455M. Board approved a QIP to raise up to Rs. 300 Cr and increase authorised share capital to Rs. 19 Cr. Postal ballot planned.
Steady revenue growth and cash-raising plan are positive signals, but the QIP may lead to share dilution; shareholder approval via postal ballot is the next trigger.
