Krystal Integrated Services posted Q3 FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs 3,058.56 mn, up 10.7% YoY. Nine-month revenue grew 14% to Rs 9,123.37 mn. Q3 PAT rose to Rs 158.99 mn from Rs 151.49 mn, while nine-month PAT held flat near Rs 455 mn. The catering segment posted strong growth. The board approved a Qualified Institutions Placement to raise up to Rs 300 crores and raised authorised capital to Rs 19 cr, both subject to shareholder approval via postal ballot. Auditor Maheshwari and Co. issued a clean limited review report.
Steady results, but the Rs 300 Cr QIP may dilute existing shareholders; watch pricing and planned use of funds.
