Krystal Integrated Services has informed shareholders about TDS provisions on its proposed final dividend of Rs 1.50 per share (face value Rs 10) for FY 2025-26. The dividend is subject to member approval at the 25th AGM on September 22, 2026. Record date is September 11, 2026. TDS applies at 10 percent for resident PAN holders and 20 percent for non-residents or those without PAN.
Shareholders must submit tax declaration documents by September 8, 2026 to avoid higher TDS deduction on the dividend.
