KSB Limited reported steady single-digit growth for Q1 FY26 and H1 FY26. Standalone revenue from operations rose to ₹6,667 crore in Q1 (vs ₹6,460 crore in Q1 FY25, up ~3.2%) and to ₹12,621 crore in H1 (vs ₹11,902 crore, up ~6.0%). Standalone profit after tax (PAT) grew to ₹727 crore in Q1 (vs ₹686 crore, up ~6.0%) and to ₹1,217 crore in H1 (vs ₹1,117 crore, up ~9.0%). Consolidated PAT came in at ₹704 crore in Q1 and ₹1,220 crore in H1. Standalone EPS stood at ₹4.17 for Q1 and ₹6.99 for H1. Operating cash flow for H1 declined to ₹880 crore (vs ₹1,449 crore last year), mainly due to higher inventory build-up and tax payments; ₹609 crore was paid as dividend. The auditor Price Waterhouse issued an unmodified limited review report on both standalone and consolidated results.
Steady top-line and bottom-line growth with margin stability signals a healthy quarter for KSB. The notable dip in operating cash flow despite higher profits is worth monitoring, though it appears driven by working capital and tax outflows rather than core business issues. Overall, this is a stable, in-line performance — positive but not a strong catalyst for sharp stock movement.
