Kshitij Polyline posted Q3 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs. 1,054 lakhs (up 32% YoY) and swung to a profit of Rs. 49.76 lakhs versus a loss of Rs. 100.66 lakhs YoY. For 9M FY26, standalone PAT was Rs. 131.29 lakhs vs a loss of Rs. 114.89 lakhs. Board also approved acquiring 100% of Omkar Speciality Chemicals via an NCLT-approved resolution plan for Rs. 2,665 lakhs (Rs. 475 lakhs equity plus Rs. 2,190 lakhs as loans).
Return to profitability and a new speciality chemicals acquisition could lift sentiment, but Rs. 26.65 crore outlay adds balance sheet risk.
