Ksolves India reported audited standalone revenue of ₹16,069.39 Lakhs for FY26, up 17.1% from ₹13,721.18 Lakhs in FY25. However, profit after tax declined 4.8% to ₹3,308.39 Lakhs from ₹3,476.47 Lakhs, mainly due to higher employee costs (₹8,006 Lakhs vs ₹6,345 Lakhs) and increased finance costs. EBITDA margin compressed from ~35.3% to ~29.3%, indicating margin pressure despite revenue growth. The company also released Q4 consolidated results showing revenue of ₹16,266.80 Lakhs and PAT of ₹3,433.08 Lakhs, roughly flat versus the prior year on a consolidated basis. The Board also approved granting 4,000 ESOPs under the KSOS-II scheme to employees. Statutory auditors A Y & Co issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results.
The revenue growth of ~17% fell short of expectations, while PAT declined and EBITDA margins compressed sharply by over 600 basis points. This suggests cost pressures, particularly rising employee expenses, are squeezing profitability. The significant jump in trade receivables (up ₹933 Lakhs) also warrants monitoring.
