KSR Footwear reported Q2 FY26 revenue from operations at Rs 424.3M, down from Rs 506.9M a year ago (about 16% decline). Quarterly loss widened to Rs 91.5M versus Rs 5.3M in Q2 FY25. H1 FY26 revenue was Rs 944.9M (vs Rs 1,004.8M) with loss at Rs 139.8M versus Rs 45.9M. Figures are restated to include the Khadim India distribution business merged into the company effective April 1, 2025. Operating cash flow remained positive at Rs 109.8M. The board also approved shifting the registered office to the Panpur factory in West Bengal.
Widening losses and falling revenue are negative for shareholders. Core profitability remains a concern despite the Khadim demerger boosting the topline base.
