The board approved unaudited September 2025 results. Quarter revenue was Rs 279.70 crore versus Rs 278.86 crore a year earlier, but net profit fell to Rs 5.77 crore from Rs 29.90 crore. In the half year, revenue declined 10.2 percent to Rs 502.63 crore and net profit fell 73.8 percent to Rs 17.83 crore. Cash from operations was Rs 139.32 crore. Auditors flagged no material issue.
Much lower profit may weigh on the stock, although positive cash flow and the absence of auditor flags offer some support.
