Kuantum Papers reported unaudited Q2 FY26 revenue of Rs 279.70 crore, nearly flat year on year, but net profit fell to Rs 5.77 crore from Rs 29.90 crore. In H1, revenue declined 10.2% to Rs 502.63 crore and net profit fell 73.8% to Rs 17.83 crore. Finance costs rose to Rs 22.30 crore. Operating cash flow stayed positive at Rs 139.32 crore. Q2 EPS was Rs 0.66 versus Rs 3.43.
The profit fall may pressure sentiment. Positive cash flow helps, but borrowings of Rs 677.66 crore and cash of Rs 0.76 crore raise liquidity risk.
