Kuber Udyog's board approved the audited standalone financial results for FY25. Revenue from operations fell to Rs. 42.01 lakh from Rs. 45.48 lakh last year, a decline of around 7.6%. Total revenue dropped more sharply to Rs. 43.47 lakh from Rs. 56.79 lakh due to lower fair value gains. Profit after tax nearly halved to Rs. 3.29 lakh from Rs. 9.81 lakh. Q4 FY25 alone swung to a loss of Rs. 3.95 lakh vs. a profit of Rs. 3.22 lakh last year. Cash on the balance sheet plunged to Rs. 1.04 lakh from Rs. 17.79 lakh, while borrowings rose to Rs. 341.76 lakh. The statutory auditor Bilimoria Mehta & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) opinion, and the company also appointed new Secretarial and Internal Auditors for FY26.
Weaker top line and sharply lower profits, combined with dwindling cash and a quarterly loss, point to stress on the business. Shareholders should note the declining earnings trend and shrinking cash buffer, though the clean audit opinion provides some comfort on reporting quality.
