Kuber Udyog Limited, a small investment and consultancy company, reported strong results for Q3 FY26 (Oct-Dec 2025). Revenue from operations rose to Rs 17.41 lakhs, up about 65% from Rs 10.58 lakhs in Q3 FY25. For the nine months ended December 2025, revenue climbed to Rs 57.48 lakhs versus Rs 31.69 lakhs in the same period last year, a jump of roughly 81%. Profit after tax for the quarter was Rs 10.08 lakhs (vs Rs 0.28 lakhs a year ago), while nine-month PAT surged to Rs 23.69 lakhs from Rs 6.62 lakhs, driven by higher operating revenue, fair value gains of Rs 5.50 lakhs, and reversal of expected credit loss. Nine-month EPS stood at Rs 0.69 versus Rs 0.19 in the prior year period. The statutory auditor Bilimoria Mehta & Co. issued an unqualified limited review report with no qualifications or emphasis of matter.
The sharp improvement in both revenue and profitability is a positive signal for shareholders, though the absolute numbers remain very small (total revenue under Rs 60 lakhs for 9 months). The clean auditor review and absence of any qualifications reduce execution risk, but investors should note that earnings are partly boosted by non-operating items like fair value gains and one-time reversals.
