Kuberan Global Edu Solutions has completed a full change in control. All previous promoters and promoter group members have transferred their entire shareholding of 13,67,657 shares (64.92%) to M/s Hathor Corporate Advisors LLP (the Acquirer), pursuant to a Share Purchase Agreement and Open Offer dated 30 October 2024. Key sellers include Chandramouleeswaran Krishnan (45.82%), Krishnan C (12.89%), and Palanivelammal K (4.89%). After the final transfer on 16 July 2025, the Acquirer holds 66.34% and the Person Acting in Concert (M/s Plutus Capital Management LLP) holds 5.31%, taking combined holding to 71.66%. The previous promoters will now be reclassified from 'Promoter' to 'Public' category under SEBI regulations.
This is a complete change of control with new promoters (Hathor Corporate Advisors LLP) now owning over two-thirds of the company. Shareholders should expect new strategic direction under the new management, and the reclassification of old promoters to public category means they are no longer bound by promoter obligations.
