Hathor Corporate Advisors LLP has acquired 9,97,355 equity shares (47.35%) of Kuberan Global Edu Solutions Ltd, taking its combined holding with PAC Plutus Capital Management LLP to 11,03,355 shares or 52.38% of the company. Of the acquired shares, 9,67,355 came from outgoing promoters and promoter group members through a Share Purchase Agreement dated 30 October 2024 (off-market transfer between 9–11 June 2025), while 30,000 shares came through the tendering process of the open offer also dated 30 October 2024. With this acquisition, Hathor and its PAC now qualify as part of the promoter/promoter group of the company. The company's total equity capital remains 21,06,536 shares of Rs 10 each.
