Kundan Minerals and Metals Limited reported audited standalone PAT of Rs. 259.24 lakhs for FY26, a steep decline from Rs. 12,579.79 lakhs in FY25 due to significantly higher expenses (Rs. 1,362.01 lakhs vs Rs. 380,755.20 lakhs). Consolidated PAT attributable to owners stood at Rs. 1,053.22 lakhs. Revenue from operations surged to Rs. 395,608.55 lakhs on standalone basis due to the acquisition of Kundan Concentrates Private Limited completed in January 2025. The company also disclosed investments in inter-corporate deposits with subsidiaries totaling Rs. 4,565 lakhs, and that trading in its equity shares remains suspended on BSE and NSE since October 2023 following its CIRP completion. Statutory auditors gave an unmodified opinion. S. Lall Vikas & Co. was reappointed as internal auditors for FY27.
The sharp 98% decline in standalone PAT and negative operating cash flow of Rs. 1,656.08 lakhs signal significant profitability and liquidity concerns despite higher revenues. The suspended trading status and ongoing regulatory investigations add further risk for investors.
