The Board approved the audited standalone financial results for Q4 and full year ended 31 March 2025. Total income from operations for FY25 stood at Rs. 1,210.16 lakh, down from Rs. 1,337.49 lakh in FY24, a decline of about 9.5%. Despite lower revenue, net profit for the year rose to Rs. 188.79 lakh (vs Rs. 175.73 lakh), up around 7.4%, helped by other income and cost management. The statutory auditor (M/s Akshay Kirtikumar & Associates LLP) issued an unmodified opinion. The Board also appointed Mr. Chidamber Arvind Rege as an Additional Independent Director for five years, named M/s A.V. Jobanputra & Co as Internal Auditor for FY26, and appointed M/s Ritesh Sharma & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years (FY26–FY30).
Mixed picture for shareholders — topline shrank but profitability improved, suggesting better margins rather than volume growth. A clean audit opinion and new independent governance appointments add a layer of comfort, though the revenue dip is something investors should watch closely.
