Kwality Pharmaceuticals posted strong FY25 audited results, with consolidated revenue from operations at ₹370.20 crores, up 20.5% from ₹307.17 crores in FY24. Profit after tax jumped roughly 66% to ₹39.81 crores (consolidated) versus ₹23.62 crores a year ago, lifting EPS to ₹38.36 from ₹22.76. Q4FY25 was especially sharp, with revenue rising 37% sequentially to ₹115.68 crores and EBITDA margin expanding to about 23%. Statutory auditor Vijay Mehra & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results, with no qualifications or emphasis-of-matter issues. Operating cash flow stayed healthy at ₹52.77 crores, and management has guided for ₹500 crores revenue in FY26 with EBITDA margins in the 22–25% band.
A clean audit, double-digit revenue growth, and expanding margins make this a positive read for shareholders, likely supporting the stock. Investors should keep an eye on the jump in trade receivables (up to about ₹155 crores from ₹116 crores), though the company says about a third has already been collected.
