Kwality Pharmaceuticals reported a strong Q1 FY26, with consolidated revenue from operations rising about 39% year-on-year to ₹111.5 crore, up from ₹80.1 crore in Q1 FY25. Total income reached ₹111.85 crore. EBITDA grew 39% to ₹24.6 crore with margins steady at around 22%. Profit after tax climbed nearly 43% to ₹11.92 crore from ₹8.35 crore, while basic EPS rose to ₹11.49 from ₹8.04. Standalone results mirrored the consolidated picture. The management highlighted the completion of a Zimbabwe regulatory audit, the upcoming EU-GMP audit scheduled for October, and ongoing WHO-GMP preparations for its biologics facility. The company is targeting ₹500 crore in revenue for FY26 and continues expanding in international markets across 70+ countries. Auditor Vijay Mehra & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) limited review report on both sets of results.
Strong top-line and bottom-line growth with stable margins is positive for shareholders, reinforcing confidence in the FY26 ₹500 crore revenue target. Upcoming EU-GMP and biologics inspections are key catalysts that could drive further upside if successful.
