L&T Finance Limited reported consolidated total income of Rs 17,917 crore for FY2026, up 12.4% from Rs 15,941 crore in FY2025. Profit after tax grew 12.8% to Rs 2,983 crore from Rs 2,643 crore. The company declared an unchanged dividend of Rs 2.75 per share. An exceptional charge of Rs 28.51 crore (net of tax Rs 21.33 crore) was recorded due to new labour codes implementation.
