Q2 FY26 consolidated revenue rose 7.9% to Rs 4,335.75 crore and profit after tax rose 5.5% to Rs 734.88 crore. H1 revenue rose 10.1% to Rs 8,595.32 crore and profit after tax rose 3.9% to Rs 1,435.72 crore. Auditors reported no material issues. H1 operating cash outflow was Rs 4,140.82 crore; consolidated debt-equity was 3.71. Prior figures were regrouped or reclassified. It acquired a gold-loan business for Rs 711 crore.
Profit growth helps, but high debt-equity and negative operating cash flow may concern investors; the outflow mainly reflects higher loan lending.
