Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
LTTS Q3 FY26 consolidated revenue rose 10.2% YoY to Rs 29,235 million but dipped 1.9% QoQ. Nine-month revenue grew 14.1% to Rs 87,690 million. Q3 net profit was Rs 3,031 million (down 5.1% YoY); 9M PAT was Rs 9,484 million (flat). A Rs 354 million exceptional charge for new Labour Codes hit Q3 PAT. Excluding this, Q3 PAT grew about 3% YoY to Rs 3,296 million. Sustainability segment grew strongly; Mobility and Tech were soft. Statutory auditor MSKA and Associates gave an unmodified review opinion.
Mixed quarter: decent YoY revenue growth and clean audit, but QoQ softness and exceptional Labour Code charge weigh on near-term profits.
