Q2 FY27 revenue was $317.1 million, up 2.7 percent quarter on quarter and 4.8 percent year on year with exchange rates held constant. Operating margin rose 0.6 percentage points to 16.3 percent. Net profit was ₹548 crore, up 66.8 percent, including a ₹165 crore gain from selling Smart World Communications. Deals totaled $203 million, over half linked to AI. Pipeline grew over 25 percent. Management expects H2 revenue and margins to improve.
Positive for the stock as growth, margins and deal wins improved, though the ₹165 crore sale gain is one-time and European auto remains weak.
