La Tim Metal & Industries reported strong Q3 FY26 results with standalone revenue from operations at Rs 8,592.10 lakhs, up about 80% from Rs 4,782.71 lakhs in Q3 FY25. Standalone profit after tax jumped to Rs 188.62 lakhs (vs Rs 65.15 lakhs YoY), with EPS of Rs 0.14 vs Rs 0.05. For the nine-month period, standalone revenue grew ~41% YoY to Rs 26,254.67 lakhs and PAT rose to Rs 538.33 lakhs from Rs 488.02 lakhs, marking a turnaround from the FY25 full-year loss of Rs 85.51 lakhs. The board also approved appointing a registered valuer for the proposed merger of LA-TIM Lifestyle and Resorts Limited with the company. The auditor (Dhirubhai Shah & Co LLP) issued an unqualified review report. No exceptional items were reported.
Sharp YoY revenue and profit growth, combined with the turnaround from last year's annual loss, signals improving operating performance and is likely to be viewed positively by shareholders. The proposed merger and strong quarterly momentum could be supportive for the stock in the near term.
