Ladderup Finance reported strong Q1 FY27 results with standalone net profit after tax at Rs 330.35 lakh, up 180 percent from Rs 117.99 lakh in Q1 FY26, driven by a 131 percent rise in total income to Rs 483.93 lakh, mainly from fair value gains on financial assets. Consolidated PAT rose 98 percent YoY to Rs 408.70 lakh on revenue of Rs 931.96 lakh. Standalone EPS stood at Rs 3.12 and consolidated EPS at Rs 3.58. Auditors Shah Gupta and Co gave a clean review report with no qualifications.
Strong profit growth signals positive momentum, but heavy dependence on fair value gains raises sustainability questions for shareholders.
