Lahoti Overseas reported Q3 FY26 standalone revenue from operations of ₹9,939.98 lakhs, down about 9% year-on-year from ₹10,967.22 lakhs in Q3 FY25. Net profit for the quarter stood at ₹437.33 lakhs (₹458.91 lakhs a year ago), a mild decline of around 5% YoY. On a sequential basis too, both revenue and profit fell versus Q2 FY26 (₹10,713.33 lakhs revenue, ₹667.69 lakhs PAT). For the nine-month period, total revenue dropped sharply by about 24% YoY to ₹29,103.70 lakhs (₹38,402.10 lakhs), but net profit jumped roughly 43% to ₹1,265.58 lakhs from ₹881.95 lakhs, showing strong margin expansion. The Export/Trading division remains the main revenue driver while the Power Division contributes a small share. Consolidated numbers were broadly in line with standalone. The statutory auditor (P C Ghadiali and Co LLP) issued an unqualified limited review report.
Mixed picture for shareholders — top-line continues to shrink meaningfully but profitability has improved sharply due to better margins, suggesting cost discipline. Short-term sentiment may remain cautious given the revenue contraction, but the margin recovery could support earnings stability.
