Lancor Holdings Limited, a Chennai-based real estate developer, submitted its unaudited financial results for Q3 FY26 and the nine months ended December 31, 2025. On a standalone basis, Q3 revenue from operations fell to Rs. 3,372.51 lakhs from Rs. 4,546.78 lakhs a year ago, a drop of about 26% year-on-year. For the nine-month period, standalone revenue declined to Rs. 10,541.97 lakhs versus Rs. 13,786.42 lakhs in the prior year. The company swung to a standalone loss after tax of Rs. 234.68 lakhs for 9M FY26, compared to a profit of Rs. 825.65 lakhs in the same period last year. Consolidated results also showed a nine-month loss of Rs. 260.30 lakhs against a profit of Rs. 464.23 lakhs previously. An exceptional item of Rs. 27.47 lakhs was booked relating to the impact of new Labour Codes. Statutory auditor G.M. Kapadia & Co. issued an unqualified limited review report on both sets of results.
The sharp revenue decline and swing into losses indicate significant pressure on the company's real estate operations. For shareholders, this signals deteriorating earnings momentum and warrants close monitoring of project execution, inventory movement, and cash generation in the coming quarters.
