Lancor Holdings re-submitted its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, after a clerical error was noticed in the previously published consolidated results for the quarter ended December 31, 2024. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations rose about 34% year-on-year to Rs. 18,453.20 lakhs, while profit after tax grew around 36% to Rs. 920.01 lakhs. On a consolidated basis, revenue grew about 37.6% to Rs. 19,030.03 lakhs, but profit after tax fell roughly 31% to Rs. 467.09 lakhs. The company raised Rs. 5,547.23 lakhs through a preferential issue of 1.22 crore equity shares at Rs. 45.30 each during the year, which diluted earnings per share. The auditor (G.M. Kapadia & Co.) gave an unmodified opinion but flagged an emphasis of matter on pending litigation over the 'Menon Eternity' commercial property classified as investment property with a carrying value of Rs. 2,540.26 lakhs.
Strong top-line growth and standalone profit improvement are positives, but the consolidated profit decline, EPS dilution from the large preferential share issue, negative operating cashflows, and ongoing litigation risk around a Rs. 25+ crore property could weigh on investor sentiment in the near term.
