Landmark Cars posted Q3 FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs 1,345 crore, up 12.6% YoY. Nine-month revenue rose 23% to Rs 3,618 crore. Consolidated PAT grew 48% YoY to Rs 23 crore for 9M FY26, while Q3 PAT was Rs 14.2 crore versus Rs 11.8 crore. Standalone 9M PAT declined to Rs 28.3 crore from Rs 34.9 crore. Exceptional items of Rs 4.3 crore include new Labour Code gratuity impact and losses from closure of Jeep outlet in Delhi. Statutory auditors MSKC and Associates gave a clean limited review.
Strong consolidated growth aided by Mercedes agency model shift and scale. Standalone softness and one-time exceptional charges are points to watch.
