Landmark Immigration Consultants Limited reported audited FY25 results with revenue from operations of ₹3,757.83 lakhs, up about 7.7% from ₹3,488.88 lakhs in FY24. Profit after tax rose to ₹1,312.61 lakhs (vs ₹1,154.52 lakhs, ~13.7% growth), with basic EPS of ₹8.18 (vs ₹7.69). Total equity jumped to ₹8,399.54 lakhs (from ₹3,674.03 lakhs) thanks to a January 2025 IPO that raised ₹4,032 lakhs, of which ₹3,510.20 lakhs remained unutilized as of 31 March 2025. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified opinion, and operating cash flow turned negative at -₹87.29 lakhs (vs +₹923.90 lakhs) mainly due to higher working capital usage and tax outflows.
Modest top-line and bottom-line growth alongside a clean audit opinion is mildly positive, but the swing to negative operating cash flow is a yellow flag for investors to watch, as profits are not translating into operating cash.
