On the reaction day the stock moved 2.2 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 3.0 pts less than its Real Estate related services peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Landmark Property Development reported Q2 FY26 revenue of Rs 29.87 lakh, down from Rs 70.81 lakh a year ago. Net loss narrowed sharply to Rs 3.27 lakh versus Rs 387.50 lakh in Q2 FY25, helped by absence of large credit loss provisions this quarter. The auditor flagged an Emphasis of Matter on Rs 35.26 crore of space booking advances due from Ansal Landmark (Karnal), of which Rs 19.26 crore remains net of provisions.
Smaller quarterly loss is positive but revenue keeps shrinking and large related-party advances remain doubtful. Mixed signals for the stock.
