Latent View Analytics' Board approved audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025, audited by Price Waterhouse with an unmodified opinion. Consolidated revenue from operations grew 32.3% year-on-year to ₹8,478.43 million, while consolidated profit after tax rose about 9.4% to ₹1,734.97 million. Diluted EPS for the year stood at ₹8.41 versus ₹7.68 in the prior year. Standalone PAT declined to ₹825.79 million from ₹1,132.68 million, partly due to higher other expenses. The results include the newly acquired Decision Point group, contributing to a goodwill of ₹2,448.82 million on the consolidated balance sheet. The Board also appointed Dr. Anindya Ghose as an Independent Director, BDO India LLP as Internal Auditor for FY26, and M/s. M. Alagar and Associates as Secretarial Auditor for FY26–FY30.
Strong top-line growth driven by acquisitions and organic expansion is positive, though margins and standalone profitability were under pressure. The clean audit and governance-related appointments signal stability and may support investor confidence.
