The board approved unaudited standalone results for the quarter and six months ended 30 September 2025. Six-month revenue rose 25% to Rs 47.50 crore from Rs 38.06 crore, while profit rose 57% to Rs 9.37 crore from Rs 5.97 crore. Operating cash flow was negative. The limited review found no material misstatement. The company also allotted 2.92 crore shares as a bonus issue and disclosed a loan received from its promoter.
Profit growth supports sentiment, but negative operating cash flow and debt of Rs 80.55 crore are concerns. The bonus issue adds no cash.
