On the reaction day the stock moved 2.3 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.1 pts less than its Specialty Chemicals peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
For Q2 ended Sept 30, 2025, consolidated revenue from operations fell 9.3% to Rs 6,997.45 million and profit after tax fell 60.8% to Rs 110.15 million. Six-month revenue and profit after tax declined 6.5% and 48.1%. Prior figures were restated after the Yellowstone merger. The board redirected Rs 345.86 million of unused placement funds to the Dahej project, with completion now due by June 30, 2026, subject to shareholder approval.
Weaker sales and a 61% profit drop may pressure sentiment. Dahej investment may aid future growth, but project execution remains a risk.
