LCC Infotech Limited reported audited financial results for FY2026 with a net loss of Rs 49.35 lakhs, significantly improved from Rs 215.84 lakhs loss in FY2025. Revenue from operations collapsed to Rs 307 lakhs from Rs 3,589 lakhs in the prior year, representing a ~91% decline. Other income contributed Rs 1,042 lakhs. Total expenditure was controlled at Rs 53.80 lakhs vs Rs 166.29 lakhs previously. The company raised Rs 42.55 crore through a preferential issue (equity shares and convertible warrants) out of total proposed Rs 121.76 crore. Borrowings increased to Rs 237.88 lakhs. The statutory auditor V Jalan & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) opinion. Cash flow from operations was deeply negative at Rs 4,271.15 lakhs due to large increases in loans and advances.
While losses have narrowed substantially and equity turned positive after the capital raise, the 91% revenue collapse raises serious concerns about business viability. The heavy negative operating cashflow despite cost cuts indicates significant working capital stress. Shareholders should monitor the company's ability to generate revenue from its IT education and vocational skill development business.
