LE Lavoir Limited's board, on 15 October 2025, approved the allotment of 12,66,000 convertible warrants to 15 non-promoter allottees (individuals and one entity) on a preferential basis at Rs. 264.75 per warrant (face value Rs. 10, premium Rs. 254.75). Each warrant is convertible into one equity share within 18 months from the date of allotment. Allottees have paid 25% of the issue price upfront, amounting to about Rs. 8.38 crore, while the remaining 75% is payable at the time of conversion. If all warrants are exercised, the company could raise up to roughly Rs. 33.5 crore in total.
The issuance is dilutive — if all warrants are converted into equity, the share count will rise materially, which may weigh on short-term share price. However, the company is bringing in fresh capital (Rs. 8.38 crore received now, with the balance over 18 months) from new non-promoter investors, strengthening its equity base for future growth or working-capital needs.
